Tijarat will publish verified phone or other approved channels, operating hours, identity checks, what order instructions can be accepted, how cancellations are handled, and what to do if the app, network, broker, exchange, or market-data service is interrupted.

CUSTOMER ACTION

During an incident, do not repeat an order blindly.

Check the order state, official status message, and verified support channel before resubmitting. A delayed response can still lead to an execution, and duplicate instructions can create an unintended position.
