Contact Tijarat first, track the issue, and use PSX or SECP escalation routes when applicable.

STEP 1Contact open

Contact Tijarat and keep a copy.

Email support@tijarat.pk or use the contact form. Include your name, reply email, date and time, product area, and what you want us to resolve. Do not send passwords, PINs, OTPs, or unnecessary identity and bank documents.

STEP 2

Use the formal investor escalation route when applicable.

Once brokerage is live, a securities complaint should first be raised with Tijarat. If it is not properly redressed, the investor may use the applicable PSX or SECP route. Each institution can act only within its legal domain.
