Current service
The website provides product information, a launch list, educational material, a glossary, a mathematical calculator, support routes, and public company or investor information. Brokerage, live account opening, deposits, withdrawals, live market data, and real-money orders are not currently available.
No account is opened here
Submitting an email or contact form does not open or reserve a trading account, establish a broker-customer relationship, complete KYC, guarantee eligibility, or create a right to approval. Live onboarding will require the applicable checks, agreements, disclosures, and activation records.
Education is not advice
Website and Academy content is general education and information. It is not investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice; a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security; or a representation that a strategy, basket, company, or market will perform in a particular way.
Risk and market information
Securities can lose value, including principal. Sample prices, charts, portfolios, returns, code responses, and market views are illustrative or simulated unless explicitly labelled live with a source and timestamp. Information can be delayed, incomplete, or affected by third-party systems.

Practice mode uses virtual cash and simulated activity. It follows PSX hours by design. A simulated execution, portfolio, gain, loss, or result does not predict a live execution or investment outcome.
Calculator
The investment calculator applies the values you enter to a constant mathematical compounding model. It does not account for real market paths, all costs, taxes, inflation, missed contributions, liquidity, or security-specific risk and is not a forecast.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the website, bypass access or security controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, scrape or overload the service in a disruptive way, probe for vulnerabilities without written permission, or use Tijarat's name to mislead others.
Intellectual property
The Tijarat name, product interface, original text, graphics, arrangement, and software are owned by Tijarat or used with permission. You may use the public website for personal, lawful information and evaluation. Third-party names, company marks, and official materials belong to their respective owners.
External services
Links to regulators, market institutions, app stores, and other services are provided for convenience and verification. Tijarat does not control their availability, content, security, or terms.
Availability and changes
We may correct, update, suspend, or remove a public feature. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Material regulated-service terms will be communicated through the accepted customer route when that service exists.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the current website is provided for public information without a guarantee that it is error-free or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions can be sent to support@tijarat.pk. Regulated disputes and complaints will follow the applicable customer agreement and PSX, SECP, or other competent process once brokerage begins.
